SUB:- TO TAKE SUO MOTO COGNIZANCE IN THE MATTER OF DELAY IN CONDUCTING BIHAR CIVIL COURT EXAM (for different posts Notice dated 12.09.2022) CAUSING MENTAL AGONY TO APPROX 16 LAKH YOUTHS.

Honorable Lord,
Through this letter, I would like to make a humble request to the Hon’ble Patna High Court that a matter of great concern that has affected the future of approx 16 lakhs youths in our country. The issue pertains to the delay in conducting exams BIHAR CIVIL COURT, which has resulted in immense stress and uncertainty for these young individuals.

As you are aware Hon’ble, the delay in conducting exams of BIHAR CIVIL COURT has also led to mental health issues among students, as they are constantly worried about their future. Many of them come from Economically Weaker Sections of society also they paid Rs. 800/- for each posts and cannot afford to wait any longer. IT HAS BEEN EIGHT MONTHS PASSED SINCE ANY NOTICE RECEIVED REGARDING THE BIHAR CIVIL COURT EXAM DATE.

Therefore, I urge you Hon’ble Sir, to take Suo Moto Cognizance of this matter and intervene to ensure that these exams are conducted at the earliest. It is the responsibility of the judiciary to protect the rights of citizens, and in this case, the Right to Education and Employment is being violated.

I hope Hon’ble Sir, that you will take immediate action on this matter and provide relief to these approx 16 lakhs youths who are anxiously waiting for their Bihar Civil Court Exams.
