The Future British King Celebrates His Birthday

Happy 11th birthday, Prince George!

Just over a decade ago, the Prince and Princess of Wales delighted the world by announcing the birth of their first child, Prince George Alexander Louis. It was historic: Queen Elizabeth II had lived to see the birth of three generations of direct heirs: her son, now King Charles III, grandson Prince William, and great-grandson Prince George. The last time this had happened was during the reign of Queen Victoria.

Now, the young royal is known for his sporty nature and confident smile, with recent outings to the Euro 2024 final, Trooping the Colour and Taylor Swift’s Eras tour. So how will the 11-year-old celebrate? In previous years, the heir-to-the-throne has enjoyed football-themed parties and family celebrations on the private Caribbean island of Mustique.
