Tennant 5680 no start electrical diagnostic. No start after batteries replaced.

This is a video of troubleshooting and repairng an electrical system of the Tennant 5680 floor scrubber. I determined the fault to be the previous person working on it, who hooked up the wires improperly. I did this video that not all repairs need new parts.
