ingredients:

Mutton or veal: 500 grams

Onion: 1 pc

For rice:

Rice: 3 cups

Water: 6 cups

Salt: as much as needed

Oil: as much as needed

For Mash:

Mash: 1 cup

Water: 3 cups

Onion: 1 pc

Salt, pepper, turmeric: as needed

How to prepare:

Barbecue:

Cut the meat into desired pieces and put in a bowl.

Grate the onion and add to the meat.

Add saffron, salt, pepper and turmeric to the ingredients and mix well.

Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours to taste.

After marinating, skewer the kebabs and grill them on the grill.

You can also use bell peppers and tomatoes as desired between kebabs.

Rice:

Soak the rice and set aside for 30 minutes.

Put water and salt in a pot and bring to a boil on high heat.

Drain the rice and add to the boiling water.

Reduce the heat and let the rice simmer.

After steaming the rice, pour some oil on it and stir.

Mash:

Soak mung bean and leave it aside for 30 minutes.

Chop and fry the onion in a pot.

Add mung beans, salt, pepper and turmeric to the onion and fry.

Add water to the ingredients and let mush cook.

After cooking the mung beans, take the excess water.

Cedar:

Put the rice in the desired dish and place the mung bean and kebab on it.
