After 23 movies and two Disney+ series, the Marvel Cinematic Universe has managed to create a TON of villains. Some, like Thanos and Kilmonger, left a huge impression on pop culture and some, like Malekeith, are really only ever remembered as the example for how some of these villains aren't very good.

So in this video taken from a stream I did on Twitch, I ranked the plans of ALL of the villains in the MCU (except Surtur I knew I would forget someone.) And you aren't going to believe how much restraint I showed with Justin Hammer.
