Отель был открыт в 1990 году (Lonicera World) и 2017 году (Lonicera Resort).
Общая площадь территории составляет 130 000 кв.м.
Состоит из одного 6-этажного здания Lonicera Resort и шести 3-5-этажных зданий Lonicera World (блоки A, B, C, D, E, F), есть лифты.
Отель размещает гостей с ограниченными физическими возможностями (есть оборудованные номера, вход на пляж, оснащение в бассейне, инвалидные кресла (платно)).
К оплате принимаются банковские карты Visa, Mastercard.
Пляж
Общественный песчаный пляж находится в 300 м от отеля.
Курсирует шаттл на пляж, бесплатно.
Пляжные полотенца, зонты и лежаки - бесплатно.
