Since its introduction just over 12 months ago, Racing Victoria's Stable Start program has helped more than 120 students from a wide range of backgrounds learn the skills required to work with our amazing horses and find employment in the racing industry.

We caught up with Racing Victoria Workforce Educator Danielle Smith during the recent program at EquineTrain at Sportsbet-Pakenham to discuss the program's success.
