Hi every one. Recipe in short:
Dry roast Dals, cumin, coriander, garlic and sesame with little oil in the same order mentioned. Fry the fenugreek leaves and palak till cooked and add tomatoes and cook well. Fry onions. Grind dry ingredients, onions in mixer. Add the cooked leaves and mix using a whipper coarsely.
Season with mustard, along with curry leaves. Garnish with coriander.
Easy Palak & Methi Leaves Chutney
INGREDIENTS
Methi n(Fenugreek) Leaves – 1.5 Cup
Palak Leaves or spinach – 1.5 Cup
Coriander seeds – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Green Chilly -3-4 No. finely chopped
Cumin – 1 tsp
Gram Dal – 1 tbspn
Urad Dal – 1 Tbsp
Garlic pods – 4-5 No.s
Sesame seeds – 2 tbspn.
Onion – 1 No.
Mustard for tadka.
Oil as required.
