Ankarsrum Stand Mixer Chocolate Chip Cookies | What's Up Wednesday!

We are making Chocolate Chip Cookies in the Ankarsrum Stand Mixer. I get a lot of questions about the Ankarsrum Mixer and whether it can make cookies and cakes. Today we are using the plastic bowl to make classic Chocolate Chip Cookies. The plastic bowl is similar to the bowl on the Bosch Universal Plus Mixer. The paddles spin around a stationary bowl.
