Visited The Schwarz Institute in Massapequa Long Island to get a complete evaluation of my movement. Dr. Fazio helped me find muscles that I need to strengthen and/or stretch in order to improve my posture as well as get rid of any imbalances in my body. Doing so also reduces our changes of getting injured while working out.
