We set off from Blackwaterfoot taking the coastal path to the King's cave stopping there for a few minutes as the girls wanted to have another look at the carvings. We then set off on the Kings cave loop up to the car park then made our way along the roadside to the car park for the Machrie moor stone circles, then followed the track to the various sites all in all a good day in excellent weather.
