The University of Chicago Law School’s Diploma and Hooding Ceremony is held in the historic Rockefeller Memorial Chapel and celebrates the achievements of students who have completed the degree requirements for the doctor of law, doctor of jurisprudence, and master of laws. This annual event brings together Law School faculty, staff, students, family, and friends from across the globe. Speakers include Emily Buss, the Mark and Barbara Fried Professor of Law, and Adam Silver, JD'88, recipient of the Law School’s Distinguished Alumnus Award.
