"Peppermint" The Jumping Penguin was made by PBC International from 2008-2010. He resembled the traditional Jumping Penguins but with all red and white attire. When activated, his head sways, his mouth moves, his wings flap and his feet bounce as he sings “Sleigh Ride.”
