The video provides steps on how to get started with a Windows hosting package from BigRock:

1. Log in to your BigRock customer control panel.

2. To access the hosting management panel, enter the domain name linked with your order and select the product as web services. Click on search to look at your order.

3. Click on the domain name to access the management panel.

4. To get started with your hosting order, click on the manage web hosting link. You will be redirected to the Parallels Plesk Panel.

5. You can start uploading your files to the server by clicking on the file manager icon.

6. Select the desired files (up to 3) and then click on the HTTP Docs folder from the displayed list.

7. Once you are in the folder, click on the ""add new file"" icon, which is shown on top.

8. Click on the ""upload file"" option to upload a file. Click on ""choose file"" and upload your desired file.

9. In case of a .zip file, select the ""upload archive and extract"" option.

10. Once you upload your desired file, click on ""OK"".
