It’s one of the most anticipated matchups of the season as the Ste. Genevieve Dragons (4-0) host the Central Rebels (3-1) in a rivalry showdown packed with history and high stakes.

🐉 Ste. Genevieve has been rolling to a perfect start, pulling out tight wins like their 25-24 victory over Potosi. The Dragons know how to finish games — and last season they proved it in the postseason, ending Central’s season with a 26-16 victory in the Class 3 State Tournament.

🛡️ Central comes in at 3-1, with their lone loss to Owensville. The Rebels are sharpening their passing game and leaning on a stout defense, as seen in their shutout of Fredericktown. And they’ve already proven they can push Ste. Gen to the brink — last year’s 40-34 triple-overtime thriller in the regular season went Central’s way, setting the stage for this year’s rematch.
