I recently posted a short making this bread, but a garlic version. If you are interested in adding a flavor, such as garlic, simply add about 3-4 tsp of that spice. I have only tried with garlic and oregano, but both turned out well.

Ingredients:
3 cups flour
3 tsp salt
2 tsp yeast
Room temperature/warm water as needed

1. Combine flour, salt, and yeast in large bowl
2. Slowly add water until dough consistency is formed (it will be sticky and a little lumpy)
3. Cover the dough in the bowl and let it rest for 2-3 hours. If instant yeast was used, 2 hrs. is sufficient. If active dry yeast was used, I recommend at least 2 1/2 hrs. to proof.
4. Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
5. After the proof, flour and shape dough. Place it in a bake tin or Dutch oven with a lid.
6. Bake for 30mins. with the lid on. After 30 mins., take the lid off and bake for an additional 10-15 mins.
7. Bread is now ready to go! Be careful taking it out of the oven, let it cool, and enjoy!
