Today just a few days ahead of the new 2020 Coin Sets, I take a little look at the 2018 UK Brilliant Uncirculated Definitive Coin Set - essentially, the standard set of circulating coins, however, the 2018 set is pretty unique...and well worth looking at again!

Just to be clear, the coins in this video are all NIFC coins, but the same denominations are NIFC in circulating coins you would find in your change!

NIFC = Not Intended For Circulation (and all BU coins are not intended to be in circulation!) 👍

This Definitive set of coins are struck to 'Brilliant Uncirculated' standard, superior to the circulating coins you will find in your change, this set includes the £1 coin designed by 15-year-old David Pearce, first issued in March 2017. Definitive coins are the standard designs you would normally see in circulation, not including any of the 'special' or commemorative designs!
