How to install Microsoft Picture it on Windows 11

In this video, I will show you how to install Microsoft Picture it! on Windows 11.
It should work with any edition.

The problem is that Microsoft bundled it with Internet Explorer 6 to get people to use their browser instead of Netscape.

You will need Classic Task Manager:

I used my copy of Picture it! 7.0 Express as the first example.
