Описание к видео Rally to Restore Sanity and/or Fear | Yusuf Islam & Ozzy Osbourne

Yusuf Islam – formerly known as Cat Stevens and Ozzy Osbourne at 2010's Rally to Restore Sanity and/or Fear.

One of the battles was waged over three songs about trains. It starts with Yusuf Islam singing "Peace Train," which was interrupted continually by Colbert-backed Ozzy Osbourne singing "Crazy Train." The audience held up peace signs for "Peace Train" and horn signs for "Crazy Train." Finally, Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert compromised singing "Love Train" with The O'Jays.

Comedy Central hosts Jon Stewart of the “Daily Show” and Stephen Colbert of the “Colbert Report” held this rally on the National Mall on the weekend before the 2010 midterm elections. The nonpartisan rally to “restore sanity and/or fear” was billed as a politically themed entertainment program and featured several satirical acts and sketches. At the end of the rally, Mr. Stewart gave more serious remarks criticizing partisan political and media culture that often drowns out respectful debate in the country.

This program aired on C-Span on October 30, 2010.
