Chechnya/Russia - Maskhadov at memorial in Grozny

A mass rally in Grozny, Chechnya's capital, on Sunday (23/2) marked the 53rd anniversary of Soviet dictator Josef Stalin's mass deportation of Chechens to Central Asia and Siberia.
Recently-elected President Aslan Maskhadov told the crowd the date must become Chechnya's "day of national revival."
