What's up guys! Jeff from Sorta Healthy here! In todays video we'll be covering a ton of different topics all having to do with starting and running a personal training business. Unlike the previous two videos which had more to do with starting out, this one is more so about running an early personal training business.

Many of the subjects today are a little taboo and maybe that's for good reason. Some strategies such as running ads on Facebook and Instagram are better off avoided for the vast number of trainers who are trying to build a personal training business from the ground up.

That said, these things still have a spot in the personal trainer business play book, you just have to utilize them correctly. Networking is also hard and I can tell you first hand, that many trainers, including myself feel out of place when going to meetings or doing local presentations. I have proven strategies for you to consider when facing these situations. You shouldn't let anything stand between you and your goals, and hopefully if you're here one of your main goals is to have the best personal training business around.
