Ever heard of ASADA? or WADA? This video explains how to manage being sick whilst complying to the restrictive drug requirements imposed on professional equestrian athletes. I also explain how the drug testing system works (Spoiler: it's a little bit awkward!!) but really good to know especially for anyone with aims of becoming professional in the future.
