Hatcore - Kamicon 2016 Artist Interview

Harper Evans is a seamstress and designer from Atlanta, GA. She attended Kamicon to promote the fleece hats she designed and made with some assistance. Her hats and other tchotchkes can be found in her online store, http://hatcore.com, and at conventions around the US. She's attended Kamicon for 7 years and hopes to continue in the future.
