Storm Nils has hit Portugal, France, and now reached Spain, bringing with it strong winds that threaten Catalonia in particular.

Winds of up to 160 kilometers per hour have battered the region since Thursday morning.

This has caused fallen trees, collapsed walls, damaged road infrastructure, and left at least 86 people injured.

Of these, 34 people require hospitalization, three of whom are seriously injured and one is in critical condition.
