KDF soldiers patrol the streets of Nairobi Thursday

Kenya Defense Forces soldiers patrolled the streets of Nairobi Thursday, in the wake of planned anti-government protests with the protestors threatening to march to statehouse. The military might was on display as they snaked their way through the central business district and main roads leading in and out of the central business district in their armored vehicle and full military gear. The military officers’ base was set up at Nyayo national stadium. Abdiaziz Hashim followed them during the patrol and brings us the details.
