Many tent encampments have been forming and growing around the HRM. With the rising cost of living in Halifax, many people are losing the ability to afford housing. River Wowkwis Pictou is one of those people. They live in one of the many tents at Victoria park. Wowkwis Pictou explained what it's like living in one of the encampments, and the struggles people face living in tent shelters.
