Isolating biceps with bodyweight is not easy but totally possible. Triceps is easier since you have to push against anything. Side delts are almost impossible to isolate with bodyweight only unless you have something to lean onto. The rest of muscle groups are quite easy and straightforward. Do appreciate the times we live in when we access to such well equipped gyms. The greatest bodybuilders of the past didn't have such options and they managed to create such physiques. I will continue to pursue an aesthetic approach to training no matter what training conditions I run into.
