Ingredients
4 to 6 apples Use your favorite apple (Gala and Granny Smith are my favorites)
1/4 cup to 1/2 cup of brown sugar 50 to 100g
1/2 tsp of cinnamon 2g
1/4 tsp of nutmeg 1g
2 to 3 Tbsp of butter 1/2 Tbsp per apple (28 to 32g)
1/4 to 1/3 cup of chopped pecans 170 to 228g
