This is my music seminar spring 2011 final. It is based on the famous Caly Rivera and his company: JCR Percussion. I made my way to Caly's shop in the Bronx while I was in New York for spring break. I spent about 3 or 4 hours just talking with him. He was extremely courteous, polite and helpful. He made me laugh a whole lot and shared countless memories with me. When I asked him if he would help me with an interview for school, he was honest with me and told me he was a bit tired of cameras and that he had just finished giving an interview to an Asian news company, but he still granted me an interview. I finished my presentation with a clip I found on NY1 News. I am not the owner of the clip. Copyright belongs to its respective owner.

Este es mi proyecto final del seminario de música primaveral 2011. Se basa en el famoso Caly Rivera y su empresa: JCR Percussion. Me dirigí a la tienda de Caly en el Bronx mientras yo estaba en Nueva York para mis vacaciones de primavera. Pasé alrededor de 3 o 4 horas hablando con él. El fue extremadamente cortés, educado y servicial. Me hizo reír mucho y compartió innumerables recuerdos conmigo. Cuando le pregunté si él me ayudaría con una entrevista para la escuela, el fue muy honesto y me dijo que estaba cansado de las cámaras y que él acababa de concederle una entrevista a una compañía de noticias de Asia, pero aún así me concedió una entrevista.
