I've experienced it before and know what it's like to feel so overwhelmed that taking care of yourself feels hard. I want to encourage you to incorporate some of my go to non-negotiables for recovering from burnout. In this video, I'm sharing why it's important to take care of yourself, a nighttime routine that can help you relax, unwind, and prepare for a good night's sleep, and ways to seek guidance if burnout prevails.
