West Point Organist Craig Williams plays the powerful hymn proclaiming the Holy Trinity, set to the German Chorale tune "Grosser Gott, Wir Loben Dich." The first two phrases are identical, but this is not the bar form associated with so many other German Chorales - because each of the phrases ends on a half cadence, not the full arrival to the home key. This gives the tune a sense of forward motion all the way to the end.
