[AVP, Pharmacy Oncology Services, Miami Cancer Institute] The Miami Cancer Institute pharmacy department is going through a reinventing ourselves as a team to advance patient care, and what we're able to do for our colleague professionals and patients.

[Supervisor, Pharmacy Services, Miami Cancer Institute] Everybody is so inquisitive. They want to understand. It's very collaborative, but at the same time, they really know they trust you, and they believe in you, and they want you to be successful.

[AVP, Pharmacy Oncology Services, Miami Cancer Institute] We invest time in understanding what drives every single team member. That is very important to be able to fuel all their passions and be able to match their interest with department needs.

[Supervisor, Pharmacy Services, Miami Cancer Institute] A lot of the things that you're interested in doing they actually encourage that and they'll give you projects aimed at targeting the
things that you want to do. Because of their sheer size of what we do and the volume of work and the number of patients that we see, even though it's an ambulatory center, it's not necessarily a small facility. So, what it really does is it allows people to work in kind of like an academic. Setting similar to what you would see in a very large academic inpatient center, with a lot of physicians, a lot of pharmacists, people to bounce your ideas off of, that you wouldn't necessarily get in a lot of, you know, smaller ambulatory care settings, where it might be, like, you're the only pharmacist.

[AVP, Pharmacy Oncology Services, Miami Cancer Institute] With the growth of oncology services at Baptist Health and South Florida, this is the right time to engage with us and talk about your next career step.
