Method:
Heat a Kadai or pan
Add 1 tsp oil,1 tsp of Ginger ,1tsp of Garlic Mix it well.
Add cauliflower,capsicum,carrot,Mushroom,Green peas ,Green chilli .
Add 2 glass of Water.
Cover it for 10 minutes.
Add 1/2 tsp corn starch ( Aararot)Mixed with Water.
Cover it for 5 minutes.
Ready to serve.
