Sugar – 100 g + 1 tsp for each mold

Sour cream – 120 g
Flour – 150 g
Mandarins – several pieces (cut crosswise)

Preparation:

Preparing the dough:

In a deep bowl, beat the egg with sugar and a pinch of salt until the mixture becomes smooth and fluffy. Add sour cream and mix well.
Sift the flour together with the baking powder and gradually mix into the dough until it is smooth and without lumps.
