"The fertile valley at the place of the sky-blue junction." This is how the word “geynuk” is translated and the valley stretching between Antalya and Kemer bears the same name. In ancient times, caravans of traders walked along it to the sea. The Lycian Way passed here, connecting major cities. The plain is surrounded by the picturesque Beydağları Mountains, where the Goynuk River originates. On its way, the water cut the rocks and washed out the picturesque gorge. And now the Goynuk Canyon is the very natural monument that attracts tourists. From Kemer to the gorge it is less than 10 km, and from a resort village called Goynuk - about 4 km.

Goynuk Canyon is rightfully considered the pearl of Kemer. After visiting the canyon you will have the most v ivid impressions of your travel in Turkey
