HOW TO MAKE ALL SWORDS ANIMATED IN THE 1.20 VERSIONS:
open the folder of the overlay, go to assets/minecraft/optifine/cit. find all the .properties files (diamond_sword.properties, golden_sword.properties, and so on), open them all, and delete the line "enchantments=fire_aspect"

you may need to install a program to open and edit the .properties files. i use notepad++
