What is this? This is a 4x AI upscale further refined with some manual edits and generative AI. Meticulous care was taken to preserve the original look while greatly enhancing the quality so no, not everything will be shiny as some things are meant to look rough or blurry two examples are the slides at the beginning are not meant to be sharp and a sandy cave floor will not be smooth but all textures will look natural and how intended but with ultra high detail and quality.

When it it be released? Once I finish the playthrough and confirm stability and fix any issues. Links to the mod will be on pinned comments of all the videos.

How big will it be? About 25GB but might be reduced if there are consistent issues.

Was anything not done? Sky, water, most effects, tiny distant LODS and most normal, mask, glow and specular maps.

What mods are you using? Mod Organizer 2 for automatic archive invalidation, NVSE, 4GB Patch, YUP Patch, NVAC and JIP Patch and forcing 65fps through NVIDIA control panel.

Are there any known issues? Due to the high quality and under high load some textures may look black (they don't load but zero issues in this video). Fast travel will be required for this mod especially in areas with a heavy load as that is the fix. If you normally fast travel while you play, you will have no issues. I am stress testing so I am avoiding some FT purposefully. The Read Me will cover everything with specifics.
