The CSIR–NIIST, Thiruvananthapuram, in collaboration with the Ministry of MSME, invites applications for the MSME-Sponsored 5-Day Residential Skill Development Training Programme on
“Patents, Copyright, Geographical Indications (GI) & Trademarks for Entrepreneurship.”
The program will be conducted from 8–12 December 2025 at CSIR–NIIST.
This fully funded residential training aims to equip students, innovators, startup founders, researchers and early-stage entrepreneurs with essential skills in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and Technology Transfer, enabling them to effectively protect, manage and commercialize their innovations. The programme covers both Indian and international IPR frameworks, providing a strong foundation for participants aspiring to enter careers such as Patent Agents, IP Attorneys, IP Analysts, and Technology Transfer Professionals.
