Chicken Biryani

Ingredients:-

Chicken - 600g
Basmati Rice - 2 cups
Chicken stock - 4 cups
Brown Onions - 1 cup
Mint- handful
Coriander- handful
Curd - 1 cup(300g)
Ginger garlic paste- 3 tb spn
Lemon - 1
Chilli powder- 2 tb spn
Coriander powder- 1 tb spn
Cumin powder- 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Salt - To Taste
Brown onion fried Oil - 3 tb spn
Saffron water- 1 tb spn


Method:-

In a large bowl add chicken and marinate with lemon, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, salt, mint leaves, coriander leaves, green , curd and mix it well.

Cover the marinated chicken and let it rest for 3 - 8 hours in a Refrigerator.
