Here's how to make a fresh Matcha at home using only a Mason jar, in case you don't have any other tools!

🧙‍♂️Ingredients:

60ml Water at 70-80°c.

⚗️Instructions:
1. Sift Matcha into a Mason Jar then add water.
2. Shake for 15 seconds.

When I first started drinking matcha, I didn't have any of the tools that are required to make a traditional bowl (known as Usucha.)

It turns out that there are some pretty simple work-arounds, including using a regular Mason jar. This video shows that process and just how easy it is.

You really do get a delicious serving of tea, without any of the difficulty or learning the whisking technique.
