➡️Ingredients and method 


Chicken Boneless roughly cut small pieces 500 grams.


Salt 1 tsp.


Red chilli powder 1 and 1/2 tsp.


Garam masala/all spice powder 1/2 tsp.


Cumin powder 1/2 tsp.


Coriander powder 1 tsp.


Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp full.


Lemon juice 1 Tbsp.


Mix and marinate for 1/2 hour.


Take a pressure cooker. 


Add oil 2 Tbsps.


Add marinated chicken. 


Fry till colour changes. 


Add Chickpea lentils(daal chana) 250grams (1 cup full). Washed and Soaked for 2 hours.


Onion 1 medium size roughly sliced. 


Garlic cloves 4 to 5 big.


Salt 1 tsp.


Chilli flakes 1tsp. 


Coriander powder 1 tsp.


Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp.


Garam masala/All spice powder 1/2 tsp.


Water almost 1/2 liter.


Mix , cover and cook for 10 minutes after whistle in pressure cooker. 


If more water remains dry on high flame.


When some moisture remains. 


Mash with spatula. 


Cool at room temperature. 


Add 1/2 cup of Fresh Coriander chopped. 


Green chillies chopped 2.


Mix and give shape ,you can freezw at this level.


I usually add eggs in mixture before freezing them ,and then fry them without egg coating.


But if you don't want to add eggs then coat with eggs and shallow fry kn medium high flame till golden. 


Serve and enjoy.....
