30-Minute Font Challenge: Fontself & Illustrator - auto kerning 🤯

I know making a hand-drawn display font using Illustrator and Fontself can be quick, but can I make a working font in only 30 minutes?

It might sound impossible, but Fontself has a few features which help to save hours, if not days!

In this video, I design a brush type on paper and make it into a fully working font using Adobe Illustrator and Fontself.

As a new type designer fontself is a great introduction to designing fonts. It has its limitations but if you want to make a cool display font without learning Glyphs or robofont, it’s a great plugin for illustrator or photoshop.
