I hope these short and simple nature videos, nature meaning the trees and beach and sand and other things like that (obviously), but also food and other humans, can show you simple ways happiness can be obtained.

I often get asked how I created a life full of happiness for myself, especially altering dealing with depression for a bit, and I truly think it's because I give gratitude to the simplest things that I enjoy everyday. the slow simplicity and pureness of everyday reality is what fuels happiness for myself. I hope through some of my videos you're able to pull happiness from simplicity too.
