Описание к видео Heritage Railway Ballast Train - Pichi Richi Railway, Flinders Ranges

The Pichi Richi Railway in the timeless Flinders Ranges is one of the best heritage railways in the country! With services running all year round keeping the railway running smoothly is a very important task for volunteers. On Wednesday the 9th of September 2020, NT76 run a ballast train from Quorn to Port Augusta via Stirling North for loading to drop ballast along the platform for upcoming works that weekend. This video features the train running through the Flinders Ranges in both directions, loading near Stirling North, unloading at Port Augusta and the locomotive NT76 getting turned on the turntable.
