I do manual splits and accidentally stopped the timer a little early so I retimed it and I got 15.31.13 as the time. I also majorly messed up twice (I started running to altar with a goat in my hand when I had to put it in TV Room, and I didn't realize I had Attic Cage already and went out of my way to check the locked rooms for it, which is why I ran all the way to Library instead of just opening Attic Cage.)

I predict with this strategy that the best possible time would be around 15 minutes flat.
