Yordan Todorov Ivanov – Baritone

Yordan Todorov Ivanov is a Bulgarian baritone born on December 15, 2001, in Plovdiv. He began his formal musical education at the National Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts “Prof. Pancho Vladigerov” in Burgas, where he studied classical singing under the guidance of Maestro Ksenia Dragostinova.

In 2021, following excellent results in the entrance examinations, he was admitted to the Academy of Music, Dance and Fine Arts “Prof. Asen Diamandiev” (AMDFA) in Plovdiv, Faculty of Performing Arts, specializing in Classical Singing. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Performing Arts (Classical Singing) in the class of Prof. Dr. Toni Shekerdzhieva‑Novak.

Yordan has actively participated in numerous international artistic and educational initiatives, including Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programmes such as “Vox and Percussion” at aMuz / AMUS Gdańsk, Poland (2023–2024), and “Please Don’t Stop the Music” in Poronin, Poland (2023–2024). He also participated in the European Night of Scientists in Plovdiv (2023–2024).

His professional development includes international master classes with Prof. Krzysztof Bobrzecki (baritone), Petar Danailov (baritone), and Martin Tzonev (bass, Opera Bonn, Germany).
