Roasted Butternut Squash | How to Cook Butternut Squash in the Oven

This time of year butternut squash is plentiful. There is so much you can do with it. In this video I want to show you how to roast a whole butternut squash. If you’ve never had it, you would be surprised at how sweet it is. I hope you give it a try.

Butternut squash
Oil
Salt
Black pepper

Bake at 400 F or 204 C for 45 minutes skin side up.
