The FPT NEF 570 EVO Walk-Around

The NEF 570 EVO is one of FPT’s latest engines, offering 570 hp out of a 6.7L engine. An incredible power-to-weight ratio in a small compact package. This particular engine has been sold to go into a commercial vessel that is fishing for octopus off the coast of Fremantle, WA. This one has been de-rated down to 480hp, remaining at 3000rpm.

The NEF series has been out for almost 20 years. This is the latest from FPT with one of the highest hp settings in the mid-range of marine engines. This engine includes the latest generation of Bosch electronics.
