MY TWO CENTS
This set took me a long time to find (at a reasonable price). I don't think it was released in the United States at retail or on-line, but I believe it was not very hard to find in Canada as many of the ones I finally found on eBay were coming from there.
The set includes an instruction booklet with the steps to complete only two of the featured models. The book references the Mega Construx website to find the instructions to the rest, but they were really, really hard to find. I did find them, and the web addresses are in the video and also below for anyone that needs them. They're collected at https://service.mattel.com/us/product... as of 7/8/2018. If they get taken down from Mattel's site and you need them, let me know as I have saved copies.
The models are nice, but you can't do all of them at once. The micro sets are fun, but if you want to build the barricade and the Mongoose, which are the featured elements, then you won't have pieces for many of the other kits that they demo. If you like to do MOCs, then there are some good parts here, but personally I'm happy if Mega sticks to regular sets.
