Tamarind Chutney
Ingredients
3 tbsp tamarind pulp
1 Cup Gur
4 Tbsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Gram Marsala
1/2 tsp Black Salt
1 tsp Roasted cumin Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
Pinch if Hing
Beetroot piece
3 tbsp Cornflour powder
1 tsp red chill powder
Mellon Seeds
1/4 tsp citric Acid
Pinch of Dry ginger powder

Green Chutney
Ingredients
Coriander Leaves
Mint leaves
2 green Chillies
1 Tbsp Hinge
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Black Salt
1/2 Tsp cumin Powder
Pinch of hing
1/2 two Chaat Masala powder
1/2 Cup Curd
Water to grind and Grind in Mixer
Lemon Juice
Refined Sugar one pouch
